Linda Naiman

Linda Naiman is a seasoned professional assisting executives and teams in enhancing creativity, innovation, and leadership skills through various interventions like coaching, training, and consulting.

With a diverse background in arts-based practices and design thinking, Linda brings a unique perspective to learning and development, fostering creativity within workplaces and promoting innovation strategies.

In response to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, Linda has transitioned her engaging arts-based learning experiences to online platforms like Zoom to help individuals manage stress, improve well-being, stimulate imagination, tackle problems with creative resilience, and approach the future with optimism.

Her clientele spans across Fortune 500 companies, public sector organizations, and non-profits, offering services such as creativity and innovation workshops, community building for learning and cultural transformation, arts-based learning in business, whole-brain thinking, leadership and team development, design thinking implementation, as well as coaching in design thinking, creativity, and innovation.

Linda Naiman holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fine Arts from California College of the Arts, studied Graphic Design at Emily Carr University of Art and Design, and pursued Business and Coaching at Corporate Coach University (CCUI).

She is the Founder and President of Creativity at Work and has previously served as Faculty at the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity.
