Linda Baines is a dedicated researcher and an active volunteer in the third sector, showcasing a profound interest in various fields.

She holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Education, specializing in ethics and philosophy from the University of Southampton, a Master of Science in Management from Alliance Manchester Business School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and History from Swansea University.
Currently, Linda Baines serves as a Research Fellow at the Centre for Inclusive and Sustainable Entrepreneurship and Innovation (CISEI) within the University of Southampton Business School. She has previously held leadership positions such as Chair at Irise International, undertaken roles as a visiting researcher at the University of Southampton Business School, and contributed as an independent researcher and writer.
In her professional journey, Linda has demonstrated a knack for business development, contract negotiation, intellectual property management, and project management while being actively involved in promoting ethical practices and social responsibility.
