Lily Zarrella is the Director of Community & Platform at Innospark Ventures, where she is responsible for managing a network that includes entrepreneurs, industry experts, and firm advisors. Her role focuses on fostering connections and collaboration to help entrepreneurs grow their businesses.
Before joining Innospark in February 2023, Lily served as Deputy Chief of Staff to former Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker and Lieutenant Governor Karyn Polito from 2013 to 2016 and again from 2018 to 2023. During a break from government service, she worked at Solamere Capital in Boston, where she developed a network of expert advisors and organized firm-wide events. Additionally, she was involved in the 2014 campaign for Charlie Baker's gubernatorial run. Lily holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Boston University.
In her personal life, she enjoys adventure traveling, hiking, biking, and spending time with her husband Ted and their dog Frankie in Boston's South End.123
