By analyzing over 500M data points using our AI modeling software, Waterlily builds a comprehensive care plan and precisely models the ROI of purchasing an insurance policy for these needs. Waterlily's personalized education motivates informed decisions today, driving affordable LTC coverage through various financial products like life and LTC policies, annuities, or self-funding. 

Since launching in March 2024, Waterlily has deployed programs with Prudential, 2 additional top 40 carriers and one of the nation’s largest IMOs. Waterlily has helped hundreds of families navigate long-term care planning while enabling wealth advisors and agents to close on millions of dollars of assets under management and policy and annuity premium.

— Personally designed and built out first AI prototype.
— Track record of successful, on-time product launches via managing a seven-member software and AI labelling team, and timely collaboration with design, product marketing, customer success, and sales team.

— Launched the company's first product to market - conceived and executed the entire go-to-market plan, including market positioning and strategy, beta testing, promotion, and sales training. 
— Created segmentation, targeting and positioning for all customer segment; developed customer facing collaterals, and led sales team training.
— Managed a four-member software team to launch core product features on time. Building engineering best practices and engineering management/ops from the ground up.
— Validated MVP at two customer sites by building out early commercialization process from the ground up: customer success and support, product launchlist, product operations, new software requirements.

— Invited to speak at early-stage international AI conference in Moscow.
— Led all aspects of technology and data for the biotech nonprofit.
