Lily Li

Lily Li is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition and recruiting. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Syracuse University and has a background in Medical Science from Midwood High School. With an extensive history at Flatiron Health, Lily has held various leadership positions including Senior Director, Director, and Senior Manager roles overseeing global talent acquisition and domestic recruiting. Her expertise also extends to technical recruiting, having led the technical recruiting division at Flatiron Health. Prior to her time at Flatiron Health, Lily gained valuable experience as a Technical Recruiter at Two Sigma and held leadership positions at Apple as part of the Store Leader Program Associate. She has also contributed to research as a Research Assistant at Burton Blatt Institute and has honed her organizational and sales skills in roles at Syracuse University and Esprit.
