Led four projects to improve clinical operations for CareMore, a care delivery system for Medicare/Medicaid patients.
-  Led an eight-person work group to improve care coordination between CareMore and network PCPs via better communications. Identified nine opportunities and implemented four initiatives to enhance clinical communications.
-  Redesigned scheduling templates to increase appointment availability and staff productivity at the care centers.
-  Implemented new workflows for schedule modification and patient satisfaction surveys to maximize patient access and experience at the CareMore Care Centers.

Advised nonprofit clients on strategic issues ranging from strategic visioning to expansion planning and cost re-structuring, using a collaborative, data-driven approach to support decision-making.
- Advised a $300M behavioral health organization on its 5-year strategic plan and re-aligned 20% of budget to support strategic priorities.
- Co-authored report on organ donation policy reforms with a digital health startup to save 20K more lives per year and $11B taxpayer dollars over 5 years, since shared with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
- Redesigned core product, cost structure, and sales strategy for an education nonprofit focused on college access, enabling it to reach 5x more schools in 5 years. Helped craft and execute change management plan.
- Initiated and managed research project on how philanthropy can influence government.
- Co-led Diversity Dialogues in NY office, creating a safe environment for colleagues to share and explore different aspects of their identity while fostering a culture of inclusiveness.

Managed a $10M portfolio of grants focused on building resilience of cities and communities, especially in post-disaster scenarios. Facilitated cross-team collaboration on resilience-related projects.
- Worked with grantees and partners to develop and disseminate the City Resilience Index, which now helps 50+ cities around the world measure and improve their resilience.
- Facilitated 5 Resilience Integration Meetings with cross-functional teams, which increased collaboration on joint initiatives, promoted use of common frameworks and tools, and streamlined key stakeholder management.

Conducted due diligence on hedge fund investments for fund-of-funds platform with $21 billion assets under management. Worked with client-facing teams on business development and client portfolio analyses.
- Successfully underwrote 5 hedge fund managers for new funding by the Investment Committee while covering ongoing investment in 10+ managers.
- Produced timely recommendations for clients during potential Greek exit from the EU in June 2012, analyzing risks and exposures across 100+ hedge fund managers with one-day turnaround.
- Helped implement a multi-factor investment assessment framework by piloting processes and templates.
