Lily Eng is a highly experienced communications leader who has built a formidable reputation for her ability to develop high-performance teams and drive change in organizations and communities. With expertise in public relations, public affairs, internal communications, storytelling, marketing strategy, executive visibility, social media, and strategic planning, Lily has proven to be a versatile and adaptable professional with the skills and experience to enhance the effectiveness of any team or organization she joins. She is a Group Director at Real Chemistry, a global health innovation company, and has previously held positions at FleishmanHillard, Ogilvy, Weber Shandwick, and Schwartz Communications. Among other notable roles, Lily formerly served as Co-chair of San Francisco's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee at FleishmanHillard and was an Institute in Media Ethics Fellow at Washington and Lee University. She studied Communications Honors and Political Science at the University of Michigan and Museum Studies at the University of Washington.
