Lillian Xiang Li

Lillian Li is a highly experienced Ph.D scientist with over a decade of experience in the healthcare, consumer, and pharmaceutical industries. She has worked on a wide range of products and devices including Alka-seltzer, Clorox T360 disinfecting system, and Juul e-cig. Her cross-functional leadership and expertise spans analytical chemistry, formulation, process engineering, consumer insights, and regulatory affairs. She has a proven track record of motivating and building strong, trusting teams. She has also worked extensively with CMO/CRO, ICH/FDA/ISO/GLP guidelines, ANDA/DNA, CMC/cGMP, method transfer, and validation. Li holds a Ph.D in Physical/Analytical Chemistry from Pennsylvania State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Fudan University.
