Liliia Shamsutdinova is a seasoned business professional with extensive experience in the banking and financial services sector. She started her career at Raiffeisenbank Russia, where she helped execute the company's new sales strategy and managed a team of sales development and service standards control professionals. Shamsutdinova's dedication and expertise earned her a spot with Singapore Management University, where she received a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on business, management, marketing, and related support services.

During her time at Singapore Management University, Shamsutdinova was awarded the MasterCard Women in Business MBA Scholarship, which provided her with invaluable opportunities to work across multiple teams and gain experience in product development, strategy, operations, franchise management, cross-unit project management, and marketing in Asia Pacific.
