Educationally, Lilac holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management Information Systems from Tel Aviv University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Accounting from the same institution. Additionally, Lilac studied Computer Software Engineering at IDF - Mamram and completed studies at Ramot High School.

Having founded and led multiple organizations, Lilac is the Founder & CEO of Lili, and previously held the same roles at Pepper (Banking). Moreover, Lilac's professional journey includes executive positions at Leumi Card, where she served as the EVP Of Business Development & Strategy, Director of Business Development & Strategy, Manager of System analysis & IT Projects, and Manager of financial controls.
