Liesbeth Cornelis

Liesbeth Cornelis is an accomplished business professional, entrepreneur and coach with a passion for innovation and human behavior. She studied the applied economic sciences with a focus on financing at the University of Ghent and later enrolled in self-leadership and people management courses from the respected Vlerick Business School. With a wealth of experience in the Belgian startup scene, Liesbeth is a former freelance coördinator at Voka Chamber of Commerce East Flanders, where she assisted startups as a coach and project manager. She also advised budding social entrepreneurs on business and brand development as an advisory board member for social entrepreneurship. In addition, Liesbeth was previously a Bryo Startup freelance manager at The Birdhouse, a startup accelerator, as well as a freelance KMO starter coach for UNIZO Oost-Vlaanderen and SYNTRA Midden-Vlaanderen. As a people person, Liesbeth's interest in human behavior extends to mentoring and coaching, as well as reading, Disney and - above all - entrepreneurship.
