Lidy Welles is an accomplished professional with a strong educational background and extensive experience in human capital management and business analysis. She studied an Intensive Spanish Course at ESADE Business School, followed by a Master of Science (MSc) in International Business with a focus on Management, Change & Consultancy at Maastricht University. Prior to her master's, Lidy pursued a Pre-master in International Business at Hogeschool Zuyd.

Lidy's professional journey includes significant roles at Deloitte Nederland, where she has showcased her expertise in driving culture change and human capital management. She has served as the Manager of Culture Change - Human Capital, Senior Consultant, Consultant, and Business Analyst. During her early career stages, Lidy gained practical experience through an internship and master thesis project at Office Depot Nederland.
