LICSW Christopher Brown is a versatile individual known for his roles as a leader, follower, student, teacher, survivor, healer, father, and son. With a background in Social Work from the University of Washington and a B.A. in Human Services from Western Washington University, he has honed his skills and expertise in assisting others.
Christopher has served in various capacities, including as a PTSD Counselor at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Co-Founder & Board President at Growing Veterans, Fellow at The Mission Continues, WDVA Vet Corps at AmeriCorps, and as a board member of the Whatcom County Veterans Advisory Board. He also has a rich military background, with experience as an Infantryman & Leader of Marines in the US Marine Corps.
His diverse experiences have equipped him with the tools to navigate the complexities of social work, leadership, counseling, and community service.
