Licsw Christopher Brown

LICSW Christopher Brown is a versatile individual known for his roles as a leader, follower, student, teacher, survivor, healer, father, and son. With a background in Social Work from the University of Washington and a B.A. in Human Services from Western Washington University, he has honed his skills and expertise in assisting others.

Christopher has served in various capacities, including as a PTSD Counselor at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Co-Founder & Board President at Growing Veterans, Fellow at The Mission Continues, WDVA Vet Corps at AmeriCorps, and as a board member of the Whatcom County Veterans Advisory Board. He also has a rich military background, with experience as an Infantryman & Leader of Marines in the US Marine Corps.

His diverse experiences have equipped him with the tools to navigate the complexities of social work, leadership, counseling, and community service. Christopher Brown is passionate about helping others, especially veterans, and his journey exemplifies a commitment to making a difference in the lives of those he encounters.
