Lianne Wood, PhD in Primary Care Sciences from Keele University and a Masters of Science in Physiotherapy from Stellenbosch University, is a well-versed and multitalented physiotherapist. She specializes in back and neck pain, rehabilitation, and is the Service Lead of the emergency department back pain triage at Nottingham University Hospital. She has vast experience in clinical research, ESP, Clinical Lead, Physiotherapist positions, and has been the owner of Lianne Wicks Physiotherapy, working as a senior physiotherapist at Meadowhead, Rob and Kim Sims Physiotherapy, and 2 Military Hospital Wynberg, respectively. Moreover, she used to work as the Back and Pain Team Physiotherapist and as a Clinical Research Fellow at Nottingham University Trust NHS and Keele University.
