Lia Lee's educational journey includes a Doctor of Law (JD) and a Bachelor of Civil Law from McGill University, a Bachelor's degree from a Dual Bachelor's Degree program between UBC and Sciences Po, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with High Distinction from The University of British Columbia, along with a BA in Politics & Government from Sciences Po.

She has served in positions such as Digital Communications & Legislative Research Assistant, Member's Assistant, Youth Coordinator & Digital Communications Specialist, and Intern for Members of Parliament. Additionally, Lia has taken on roles in internal affairs, public affairs, admissions consulting, and advisory capacities.
