    In her role, Lia is responsible for leading, managing, and inspiring a global design team, crafting strategic design visions for diverse global brands and categories, blending design seamlessly with business objectives, ensuring design excellence, and driving successful go-to-market strategies.

    Lia's expertise lies in holistic branding and identity development, formulating global design strategies, industrial design, packaging and packaging strategy, design language evolution, fostering product innovation, focusing on beauty care, staying abreast of consumer trends, leading teams, people management, employing design thinking methodologies, ensuring executional excellence, promoting cross-disciplinary design collaboration, and facilitating experiential training and meetings.

    Lia BraatenHager pursued a Master of Science degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, and completed her Bachelor of Science studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

    She currently holds the position of Design Vice President, Global Home Care at Procter & Gamble, where she oversees brand and innovation design. Previously, Lia served as the Director of Design for Home Care and Duracell at Procter & Gamble.
