With experience as a former recruiter at Scion Staffing, UX designer at Adobe, and a freelance UX researcher, Lexi has honed her skills in problem-solving, human motivation and critical thinking. As the current design manager at Adobe, she works to empower and improve the profitability for multiple players, while keeping her heart set on helping others achieve their best selves.
