Lex Molenaar

Lex Molenaar is a seasoned product and technology development manager with a strong background in the automotive, medical device, and semiconductor industries.

With a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology, Lex has honed his skills in Project Management, DMAIC, Reliability Engineering, Quality Assurance, Process Improvement, Tool Improvement, Supply Chain Collaboration, and Continuous Improvement.

He is known for his role as a pivot, bridging the gap between customers, R&D, manufacturing, and suppliers, and excels as a mentor and coach, nurturing personal growth and optimizing team performance.

Having held key positions such as Director of Development & Engineering at RENOLIT Healthcare, Assistant Professor at Technische Universiteit Eindhoven, R&D Program Manager at Nearfield Instruments B.V., and Technical Director at RR Mechatronics B.V., Lex brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table.

Throughout his career, he has also served in various capacities at SKF Group, including Manager Mechatronic Innovation & Technology, Global Manager Project Management, Manager Automotive Development Centre NL, Manager Advanced Engineering & Technology Development, and Mechatronics Engineer.

With a Master's degree in Applied Physics to complement his Ph.D., Lex Molenaar is a Mechatronics technology professional dedicated to driving innovation and excellence in the field.
