Lewis Coughlin is a dedicated Canadian diplomat and manager with a 34-year career specializing in Trade and National Security.
He recently completed a foreign assignment as Consul, Senior Trade Commissioner, and Head of Office at the Canadian Consulate in Guadalajara, Mexico, managing trade and innovation partnerships between Canada and Mexico.
