Sold to Bodega Latina Corporation, a subsidiary of publicly traded Mexican retailer Grupo Comercial Chedraui (BMV: CHDRAUI) for $620 million. Smart & Final, a former portfolio company of Apollo Global Management (NYSE: APO) operates more than 250 grocery stores across the western United States, with over $4.0 billion in annual revenue.
