She is the Founder & Design Director of Pengreen Design, where she showcases her creativity and leadership. Leticia has a rich work history, previously serving as the Creative Director at eindico, demonstrating her expertise in design and innovation.

Before that, Leticia Mendonca honed her web design and development skills as a Web designer & developer at Nozes Propaganda & Marketing. She also gained valuable experience early in her career as an Intern/Developer at Group of Study and Research in Software Engineering - GEPES. Leticia's diverse experiences have equipped her with a well-rounded skill set and a deep understanding of design and development.

With a passion for innovation and a strong foundation in Computer Science, Leticia Mendonca continues to make significant contributions to the field of design. Her journey from academia to founding her own design company is a testament to her hard work, creativity, and dedication to her craft.
