As Chairman I steer the business objectives  ( 8 employees )  and have been responsible for the direction of the software development, marketing outreach, creative and social marketing, website and sales. 
Our algorithm analyses the footage and creates promos and trailers from original
movies/series/videos in minutes.
We solve the problem for broadcasters and streaming platforms not having enough time or money to create trailers/clips/promos for digital and social media.
We help alleviate creatives and marketeers from manual, labor-intensive tasks of video editing
and idea validation by streamlining post-production, allowing creatives to produce multiple videos in minutes.

Responsible for developing and implementing the marketing creative vision across the Disney portfolio of businesses in all EMEA territories. Operating as a thought leader within the DC marketing team I manage the communication and positioning of channels and franchises for On-Air Production. Also partnering with Regional On-air Production as well as the Regional Production and Programming teams to continue the development of high impact creative materials that support The Walt Disney Company priorities and drive success of the Channels.
 
In addition building strong collaborative relationships across the business – working with the in-country Creative leads, Research, the wider Content group creative community (especially DOL) and the Global DC team.

Accountable for the creative and marketing strategy of the Discovery Networks brands in all worldwide territories. 
Identified the key programme and creative assets of the business and presented them to consumers and trade to optimise ratings, awareness and revenue growth opportunities. 
Led a global creative team of 40 managing a production budget of $6m that covered all the on and off air communications including product packaging.

Discovery Networks International

VP Creative Services

Led two teams of On Air Production and Presentation scheduling consisting of creative producers, on air schedulers, and a production management dept. 

Developed and led the whole on air strategy of the Discovery UK factual channels including Discovery Science, Civilisation and Turbo. 
Briefed and oversaw programme and channel brand campaigns, on air continuity, promotion scheduling strategies, commercial sponsorship facilities and joint on air-off air liaison with the marketing/press/on line departments.

Discovery Networks Intl.

Head hunted from MTV Networks Europe in September 2002 to head up and direct the launch of three new music channels for BSkyB.
Created the channels and led the development of business plans, marketing targets, recruited team of 23 production, programming, commercial and marketing staff. 

Executive producer, assembled and led creative production team whilst fully utilising the in house technology and interactive assets, commissioned externally produced programmes as well as exec produced on co productions.
Reported directly to Dawn Airey making optimum use of all the network resources such as broadcasting rights, studio space and technical facilities as well as cross promotions and BSkyB stunt scheduling.

Head of Music Channels

Led a small team of the Bafta award winning VMX music channels. Refreshed the channels on air look and music playlists as well as the target audience and positioning profiles.

Videonetworks

Member of senior management team heading up the VH1 UK programming department that included a manager of music programming a schedule and presentation manager a channel manager (VH1 Classic) and acquisitions, graphics and presentation schedulers.
Responsible for the creation and production development of the channel programme schedules, music play lists and on air promotables.
Also played a large part in commissioning in house productions and acquiring US or UK made music/lifestyle programmes. Briefing on air and production producers on tone and theme of special stunt promotions/theme nights/weekends on VH1, VH1 Classic and TMF.  Other responsibilities included 
Promo/ Presentation/Graphics strategies incl. MTV 7 pack cross promotion.

MTV UK, Northern & Eastern Europe

Head of Programming

Prioritised and planned the on air promotional strategies. Scheduled all of the music video and long form shows including interstitials and idents.
Integrated the ad breaks and timed the hours to meet broadcast and Ofcom regulations.
