Leslie West is a highly experienced business operations executive whose career has focused on bridging the gap between operations and technology, international team building, virtual global team management, and cross-functional team leadership. With over 700 employees in her purview, Leslie has overseen global shared service operations, cross-functional team leadership, organizational transformation and restructuring, travel technology, and operations. She has a strong background in change management, P&L, customer service, and company profitability. Leslie's achievements include leading a new multiyear business intelligence platform initiative, consolidating and transforming teams across several organizations, launching a new enterprise-wide MDM and Data Governance office, and growing a Fortune 100/Top 5 account offering better service and new offerings.

Leslie was formerly the Owner and COO of Mississippi Vacations/Tunica Shuttle and Trolley Company, the VP of Travel, VP of Corporate Travel, Meetings and Conventions, Travel Operations, and Travel Agent at BCD Travel, and most recently held positions as Senior Director - Corporate Travel Management and Senior Vice President at BCD Travel. Leslie is also a USCG Master 100 Ton Master Captain, an avid golfer, mariner, and sailor.
