Leslie Lim is an accomplished Group Director specializing in Human Resources with an extensive background in various multinational companies and diverse industries.

With a proven track record as a HR leader, Leslie has held significant positions such as HR Director at Inti Group, Group HR Head at Tan Chong Motors, Top Glove, and Smart Glove, and Head HR at Ciba Vision across Indonesia and Singapore.

His experience also includes 8 years with Hong Leong Group in manufacturing, serving as Divisional HR Head at Tasek Corporation and Strategic Business Development HR Head at Hume Cemboard Industries.

Additionally, Leslie spent 8 years at Lion Group as the HQ Group Senior IR Head, handling large Steel Mill operations.

Throughout his 11 years with various multinational companies like Nagaworld, Safeskin Corporation, Ciba Vision, and Body Fashion, Leslie honed his expertise in Strategic Human Resources Management, Change Management, Training, Industrial Relations, and Recruitment.

He has actively contributed to the HR field by serving as the Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers (Perak) HR Committee Chairman & Environmental Committee Vice Chairman from 1999 to 2003.
