Leslie Joy

Leslie Joy is a seasoned field professional who has extensive experience in canvassing, field planning, message development, and policy integration. She possesses excellent analytical and database management skills, which she uses to analyze data, research and write reports, and create and sustain operational systems. Leslie has worked with various election and issue campaigns, training and managing both paid canvassers and volunteers. Leslie is a former Petitioning Coordinator for the Democratic and Working Families Party at Sean Patrick Maloney for Congress, and a former Assistant/Substitute Field Organizer at Citizen Action of New York. She has held several GOTV Director and Field Representative positions in her career. Leslie is also skilled in project management, creating, documenting, and sustaining operational systems, policies, and procedures. Her expertise in utilizing and analyzing polling data, election results, campaign finance data, census data, media spending, and vote history data, has helped her to develop successful voter outreach campaigns.
