Leslie Harwell

Leslie Harwell is an early-stage investor with a strong focus on driving systemic change in supply chains to create a positive impact on both people and the planet. With an interdisciplinary approach, Leslie is known for blending elements of cultural anthropology with a keen interest in science. Leslie's background includes a Bachelors of Science in Foreign Service with a specialization in International Relations, Culture, and Politics with a focus on Arab Studies from Georgetown University. Additionally, Leslie has studied at The American University in Cairo and The Lovett School.

Throughout Leslie's career, they have contributed to various organizations in the investment sector. Notable roles include being an investor at Insempra, Matereal, Fibe, retraced, Window, Indyx, Novoloop, ZZ Driggs, Sway, FIT, Flyp, Treet, Lizee, Circ™, and Mango Materials. Leslie also served as the Co-Founder and General Partner at Alante Capital. Prior to their venture into investment, Leslie held significant positions at top financial institutions such as JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Credit Suisse, where they worked in Sustainable Finance, Debt Capital Markets, and Global Governments analysis.
