-	Developed new internal procurement process to leverage bulk discounts and improve efficiency
-	Designed and implemented new credit card documentation procedures for all corporate card holders to reduce missing documentation and increase audit preparedness

o	Design and implementation of a comprehensive development plan including institutional and individual giving with $100,000 campaign goal in inaugural year
