Leslie Blackshear is an accomplished and highly skilled professional with expertise in project management, program development, and organizational leadership. Through her extensive experience in the public sector, Leslie has developed an impressive track record in effectively managing complex projects and initiatives for state and municipal governments.
Leslie has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of North Carolina. Throughout her career, she has worked in various leadership roles, including serving as Deputy Director of the North Carolina Department of Administration and as the Director of Administrative Services for the City of Durham.
