She has proven to be a great asset in driving business growth in various roles, from Service Delivery and Recruitment Program Manager to Senior Vice President, Client Operations. Lesley started as an Experimental Officer at Zeneca Agrochemicals before moving into the recruitment sector to work for Prism Recruitment HK Europe as a Managing Consultant, where she was responsible for delivering on high-level recruitment projects.
