Leroy Williams is an experienced executive with a diverse background in technology, telecommunications, and consumer electronics. He currently serves as the Executive Vice President, Chief Growth and Innovation Officer at Optimum, a brand of Altice USA.12

Prior to his current role, Leroy held several senior positions at Samsung Electronics America, including:

1. Senior Vice President and Chief Product Officer (February 2021 - February 2023)
2. Senior Vice President - Consumer Sales and Business Operations (October 2019 - February 2021)3

In his role at Samsung, Leroy was responsible for:

• Overseeing product, brand category management, business operations, strategy, content, partnerships, and channel marketing for Samsung's consumer and B2B products and services portfolio.
• Managing a multi-billion dollar P&L for the Mobile business in the U.S., covering smartphones, wearables, audio, IoT, tablets, accessories, Windows PC, Chromebooks, content, paid services, fintech, and SaaS offers.
• Leading sales, marketing, business planning, operations, and strategy executives responsible for U.S. Carrier, Cable/Media, Retail, Strategic Partner, and E-Commerce channels.3

Before joining Samsung, Leroy held leadership positions at Rogers Communications and Verizon, where he gained extensive experience in brand management, marketing, and sales operations.3
