Dr. Leopold Kimo Richardson, M.Div.

Leopold Kimo Richardson is a highly educated and accomplished professional with experience in organizational leadership, child and youth development, and program accreditation. He holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and Church History and Doctrine from Regent University, as well as a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership. His Bachelor of Arts in Communication was earned from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey-New Brunswick.

Richardson has worked in various roles throughout his career, including Director of Accreditation and Approvals at New Leaders Org, Director of Child and Youth Development Program Accreditation at Council on Accreditation, and Project Manager at Princeton Center for Leadership Training. He has also served as Managing Director of Programs and Campus Director at Citizen Schools, as well as a Program Facilitator at Civic League of Greater New Brunswick and Residential Counselor at Upward Bound.

As an expert in program accreditation and child and youth development, Richardson has led and managed multiple programs across different organizations. He is dedicated to advocating for and promoting supportive and effective leadership to create positive changes in communities.
