Leonid Taycher is a seasoned software engineering leader and developer with over two decades of experience, specializing in knowledge management and machine learning solutions across diverse industries such as computer vision and financial technology.

With a track record of leading teams of varying sizes, ranging from 5 to 25 members, Leonid has demonstrated a remarkable ability to tackle complex challenges under tight deadlines. He possesses a strong product sense, excels in communicating with product management, and garners respect for his technical proficiency and deep understanding of engineering intricacies.

As a leader, Leonid believes in empowering engineers and team leads, fostering a culture of autonomy and growth rather than micromanagement. Despite his leadership role, he remains actively involved in development work, showcasing versatility in languages such as C++, Scala, Java, Python, and Javascript, depending on project requirements.
