Leong Seng, Loo has an extensive background in senior management roles within the technology industry, particularly in eGovernment and IT management, insurance, trade, banking, judiciary/legal, and infrastructure. Since 2010, he has held key positions in a Singapore GLC and currently serves as the Senior Vice President for CrimsonLogic and the Chief Technology Officer for GeTS Global Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of CrimsonLogic. Throughout his career, Leong has assumed various roles ranging from Delivery Division Head to Programmer, contributing significantly to the successful delivery and implementation of multi-million USD national eGovernment projects. He has also managed the Information Technology Division of a listed company in Singapore and executed consultancy projects focusing on eGovernment and IT. Leong's educational background includes a Hons 2nd Class Upper degree in Computing from Birmingham City University.
