With a background of 7 years at AMCHAM - Câmara Americana de Comércio, he served as the responsible individual for the Goiânia region in recent years.

Currently, Leonardo holds the position of Vice President & Partner at FESA Group in the Centro-Oeste region, overseeing Fesa Executive Search, a leading consultancy in executive recruitment in Brazil. He played a key role in establishing the Goiânia-GO office in 2014.
