Leonardo Dutra is a Mechanical Engineer graduate from UDF Centro Universitário in 2018, with a focus on Planning and Maintenance Control (PCM), Production Planning and Control (PCP), fleet management, and preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.

His experience includes roles such as Traffic Instructor, teaching courses on basic mechanics, traffic legislation, defensive driving, first aid, citizenship, environmental awareness, and traffic behavior.

Currently, he holds the position of Coordinator of Painting and Bodywork for private individuals and insurance companies at Mardisa Veículos S/A (Mercedes-Benz).

In his previous roles at Technicae - Automotive Projects, between 2016 and 2017, he worked as a Commercial Analyst, dealing with public relations, sales to civil and military entities, and training on the application of diesel treatment additives.

Leonardo's qualifications include intermediate English proficiency, expertise in maintenance management, environmental and social responsibility management, ergonomics and occupational safety, production administration, machine design projects, basic Solidworks skills, and both practical and theoretical traffic instructor certifications from Sest Senat.
