•	Oversee pricing strategy for entire company including center store departments, fresh departments, Shelf Edge pricing and fuel sites.
•	Supervise and execute deal management | vendor involvement, funding flowing into finance systems, pricing flowing to the stores. 
•	Reorganized and modified deal management system | transformed from a manual process to a fully automated system.
•	Charted the pathway for Tops to fully optimize automated pricing vs the manual excel based pricing.
•	Instituted changes based on cost and competition, and BI to forecast performance items in which prices are changed.

•	Charged with creating the focus on Category analytics | finance, margin reporting, trade fund reporting, sales and units | and consumer insights, using loyalty card data to pick up on consumer trends. 
•	Formalized this data to maximize sales and margin.

•	Facilitated the building of consumer segmentation | Built from item level purchases and purchase behavior, store segmentation based on consumer demographics. 
•	Oversee mapping intelligence by tracking customers from home to store to see where opportunities are to grow market share.
