Leonard Morrison

Leonard Morrison is the Manager of Supply Chain Management (SCM) Professional Development at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He serves as a Graduate Career Coach and Connector for the MIT Supply Chain Management Program. In this role, he focuses on career and professional development, employer relations, alumni engagement, and improving employment outcomes for students in the program.12

Morrison has a substantial background in career services, having previously held leadership positions at various universities. He was the Director of Undergraduate Career Services at Bentley University, where he led efforts that significantly improved career outcomes for students. His experience also includes roles at Northeastern University and Babson College, where he focused on enhancing employer engagement and student employment rates.12

He holds an MBA from Northeastern University and a BA in European History and Economics from Bates College.1
