Leonard Arthur Kong Pin Cheong is a Senior Operations Manager at Certis Aviation Security, where he serves as the Senior Officer Commanding for Terminals 1 and 2 at Changi Airport, Singapore. His role involves leading various security teams and overseeing operations to ensure safety and efficiency at the airport.1
Before joining Certis, Leonard had a diverse career that included a position in asset management with Schroders Investment Management. He is also notable for being one of the co-founders and owners of Innervate Fitness, a CrossFit gym and social enterprise. Additionally, Leonard is recognized for his contributions to sports; he was a pioneer member of the Singapore Wrestling Team and won the first Gold Medal for the team at the Pre-SEA Games Wrestling Championships in Myanmar in 2013. He also represented Singapore at the 2019 SEA Games in the Philippines and currently holds the position of Treasurer for the Wrestling Federation of Singapore.1
