Leonard Allen is a seasoned University Professor with 24 years of combined experience, teaching philosophy, history, theology, and ethics. In his dynamic educational journey, he fulfilled the role of Publisher and Editor for over a decade, founding Leafwood Publishers and transforming Abilene Christian University Press into a renowned national academic establishment. Leonard's expertise spans scholarly book acquisition, production, networking, marketing, editing, modern history, and Christian thought. As a prolific writer, he has authored and co-authored nine books, touching on subjects like Protestant Primitivism in America and the Ancestry of Church of Christ. Leonard pursued his PhD in History and Religion at the University of Iowa and has held notable positions such as Dean at Lipscomb University, Director of ACU Press at Abilene Christian University, and Professor at institutions like Biola University and Abilene Christian University.
