Leon Rodriguez

Leon Rodriguez is a prominent lawyer and former government official with extensive experience in immigration, healthcare, and civil rights. He is currently a partner at Seyfarth Shaw LLP, specializing in immigration law and healthcare litigation.15

Rodriguez served as the Director of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) from 2014 to 2017, overseeing the administration of all U.S. immigration matters.24 Prior to this role, he was the Director of the Office for Civil Rights at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services from 2011 to 2014, where he was responsible for enforcing federal civil rights laws and HIPAA privacy rules.25
