Driving Sales & focusing on generating new sales, whilst growing and retaining existing customers by delivering exceptional customer service. Accountability for Centre profitability, Centre performance and the Centres success through P&L management. Drives revenue for Regus by effectively and consistently maximizing all service revenue. Effectively manage the renewal process working to retain every customer at a profitable margin & customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction and retention metrics, maintain & develop existing customer relationships.Ensures the centre team is delivering exceptional customer service and customers needs are handled effectively and efficiently.  Responsible for Centre Development engaging & leading team development & motivation, recruitment, inducting& training. Accountable & Responsible for Team Performance & Results - set clear performance expectations for each team member. Leading regular meetings, clear communication & briefing centre team on team objectives, daily workflow, prioritizing and delegating work to meet deadlines and customer needs. Conducting One to one meetings with centre team members, setting individual targets and timelines for completion.

AREA SALES MANAGER (Corporate Sales )- Srilanka:

Currently overlooking the Enterprise Sales team of ThinkCube with the responsibility of managing a sales team catering to the large and medium business's segment. And four Saas Products (ezBiz, LeapX, Hudlmo and eXaper).Responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve financial targets. Head of Sales duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships with external customers and other departments and understanding customer trends.  Also responsibly of recruiting sale and support staff. Training, Guiding, Motivating leading the team and achieve company desired objectives towards the business.
