Leo VanderSchuur

Leo VanderSchuur is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in nuclear engineering, mechanical engineering, leadership, and operations management. He obtained his education from prestigious institutions such as the U.S. Navy Nuclear Power School, University of Connecticut, and GE Crotonville. Leo has held key positions in various organizations, showcasing his expertise and leadership abilities. Currently, he serves as the Managing Director and Head of Operations at Benchmark International. Prior to this role, he held prominent positions including Operating Partner and Group CEO at Industrial Service Solutions, Vice President and General Manager at IDEX Corporation, and Chief Operating Officer at NSL Analytical. His experience also includes roles at GE Lighting, GE Power, and various positions at GE, where he started his career as a Nuclear Power Mechanical Operator in the US Navy.
