As Client Success Manager I was responsible for our clients. Besides working strategically with our customers, I also worked with new business sales.

- Client management: Responsible for renewals, account expansions to new markets, increase MRR, upsales, churn and linking product to user
- Constantly provide value for our clients and to develop client partnerships.
- Business development: Presentations, negotiations, events and webinars, client segmentations and the whole sales cycle

Client Success Manager

Summer Internship at Wicresoft, which is a part of Microsoft Corporation. I worked on three projects with a focus on e-commerce and marketing and after a while I became project leader and coordinated the work over two colleagues and had the main responsibility over the projects.
Among my main duties included:

◦ Identification of new potential global Internet partners, which could team up with Wicresoft on their business in China
◦ Market Research of companies application and usage of information technology and in particular Internet in their business; from supply-chain to e-commerce
◦ Design and preparation of Wicresoft software and Internet newsletters
◦ Participation and support in the organization of company and customer events
