    Leo co-founded Wager, a VC-backed start-up facilitating friend-to-friend betting, which was later acquired by BetBull.

    Prior to Wager, he worked as a Senior Consultant at Javelin Group, a part of Accenture, where he focused on consumer, retail, and B2B sectors with an emphasis on digital transformation.

    During his time at Javelin, Leo worked on various projects for notable clients like Cinven, LDC, Samsung, Tesco, and Unilever, gaining experience in areas such as post M&A value creation and financial modeling.

    Leo's professional journey includes internships at Barclays Investment Bank and The Blackstone Group, where he delved into equity derivatives, structured products, and hedge funds.

    He also raised funding from a London VC fund, Forward Partners, to support the growth of Wager, transitioning full-time to focus on building the business.

    Apart from his work, Leo is an avid traveler, investor in fast-growing companies, and sports enthusiast, with a particular interest in supporting Charlton Athletic and England.
