Lenora Rand is a creative and strategic leader who has dedicated herself to helping organizations increase their impact in the world. She is the co-founder of SmallGood, a consulting firm that supports purpose-driven organizations to develop Resonator Brands. She is passionate about branding, communications, and marketing, and uses her extensive expertise in consumer insights, creative strategy, and team leadership to help organizations create effective campaigns.

Lenora has a Bachelor's in Creative Writing and Psychology from Northeastern Illinois University, and she is a certified personal coach. She also has experience as an Executive Creative Director and SVP at Leo Burnett/Arc Worldwide, where she honed her experience in brand engagement, digital marketing, and design. Prior to this, she was the Executive Copy Director at Spiegel.

Lenora is also an active member of the Plural Guild, a music/art/liturgy collective, where she consults with churches on developing creative worship experiences and writes songs with her band, The Many. Lenora is devoted to diversity and mentorship and believes doing good is good for business.
