As a partner at Yuma Labs, Lenja is actively committed to promoting circular fashion and sustainability in the clothing industry. Her startup, Yuma Labs, uses waste materials to create stylish, eco-friendly sunglasses designed for endless summers.

In addition to her entrepreneurial pursuits, Lenja has taken on various roles over the years, including Guest Lecturer at HOWEST University of Applied Sciences, Board Member at UNIZO provincie Antwerpen, and Freelance Consultant Digital Products & Entrepreneurship at Agoria. She has also worked as a Freelance Business Developer at Happy Kiddo and The Birdhouse and was the Owner of Koffice.
