Lena Tom

Lena Tom is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in the arts, data analytics, and community engagement.

She holds a BA in Fine Arts and Asian & Asian American Studies from Loyola University Chicago and has studied Fine and Studio Arts at John Felice Rome Center as well as at The Beijing Center.

Lena has an extensive history of leadership roles, having served as the Founding President of Meso Solutions, Founder of Progressive Data Jobs, and Hiring Director at Analyst Institute, among others.

Her experience also includes positions such as Data & Engagement Director at Analyst Institute, Director of Data & Technology at AFL CIO, and Senior Analytics Coordinator at AFL CIO.

Furthermore, Lena has contributed her skills to various political campaigns, including roles such as GOTV Data Director at Obama for America - Colorado and Regional Data Manager at Obama for America - National HQ.

She has also been involved in community organizations, having been a Board Member at North Side Community Federal Credit Union and serving as the Personnel Fellow at the Presidential Transition Team.
