With a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government & Environmental Studies from Binghamton University, Lena possesses a solid educational background to complement her extensive industry experience.

She has successfully collaborated with renowned brands like Macy's, Marriott Brands, Bank of America, and McDonald's, as well as engaging with the A+D community to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional client service.

Lena Lim's passion lies in building and nurturing long-term relationships, helping clients establish their brands, implement successful programs, and enhance consumer and employee experiences through strategic design approaches.

Currently, Lena holds key roles on various boards including the Retail Design Institute's NY Chapter, Retail Design Institute's International Board where she serves as Secretary, as well as the PAVE Board, demonstrating her commitment to giving back to the design community and supporting organizational growth.
