Currently, Lena serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Hiveon, where she plays a crucial role in overseeing operational activities and ensuring organizational efficiency.

Prior to her role as COO, Lena held the position of People Partner and Operations Manager at Hiveon, demonstrating her versatility in managing both human resources and operational functions.

Before her tenure at Hiveon, Lena gained valuable experience in the recruiting sector, having worked as a Senior IT Recruiter, Team Lead, IT Recruiter, and Talent Sourcer at SKILLERS (previously known as Venbest Recruiting).

Her diverse roles at SKILLERS equipped her with a deep understanding of the IT recruitment landscape, enabling her to source top talent and lead recruitment initiatives effectively.
