Lela Meadow-Conner is a skilled executive director and founder in the world of film and arts. She is the CEO and mother/founder of Mama.film, a non-profit organization that advocates for women and their allies, and Executive Director of Film Festival Alliance. She has an extensive background in the industry, having consulted for various film festivals, including Bentonville Film Festival and Woods Hole Film Festival. Meadow-Conner co-founded Wichita's Tallgrass Film Association and served as its Creative Director and Executive Director. She has also participated in various programs such as the Artist Inc. Program through Mid-America Arts Alliance and The Industry Academy, a program of Film Society of Lincoln Center and the Locarno Film Festival.
Meadow-Conner's professional background includes experience in festival directing, production coordination, programming management, and consulting. She also has a background in culinary arts, having studied and earned an Associate of Arts Degree from Kendall College. She is currently serving on the board of the Vidiots Foundation and produces various film projects, including the documentary Chasing Chasing Amy and web series Quarantine, I Love You.
